Assigns the specified value to a variable or output parameter.
SETstatement directly assigns the specified
value-expressionto one or more
target-variable's, see Target Variables. If a
target-variableis a routine parameter, it must have mode
value-expressionmust be assignment-compatible with the data type of it's
target-variable, see Assignments.
If multiple target-variables are assigned, the number of items in the row expression on the right hand of the assignment must be the same as the number of target-variables.
