TABLE_CATALOG	VARCHAR(128)	Catalog for table.
TABLE_SCHEMA	VARCHAR(128)	Schema name for table.
TABLE_NAME	VARCHAR(128)	Name of table.
DATABANK_CREATOR	VARCHAR(128)	Name of authorization ident that created databank.
DATABANK_NAME	VARCHAR(128)	Name of databank.
