This document is divided into the following parts:
- Part 1: Framework (SQL / Framework)
- Part 2: Foundation (SQL / Foundation)
- Part 3: Call-Level Interface (SQL / CLI)
- Part 4: Persistent Stored Modules (SQL / PSM)
- Part 5: Host Language Bindings (SQL / Bindings).
The SQL99 standard will replace SQL92 as the current SQL standard.
