This determines when the database is started.
Under Windows NT/2000/XP:The settings are:
Autostart - the database is started when the node it resides on gets re-booted
Manual - the database must be started manually
Disabled - the database cannot be started.
Under Windows 98/ME:The settings are:
Autostart - the Mimer SQL database server starts automatically when a connection to the database is requested.
Manual - the Mimer SQL database server must be manually started.
Disabled - the database server cannot be started.
