This determines what happens after an uncontrolled database server shutdown
The settings are:
Automatic - Restart the database server automatically
Manual restart - The database must be restarted manually
When Automatic is used no dialog box will be presented to the user when the server fails. I.e. the user may not start Dr. Watson or a debugger to capture additional information about the failure. However, in most situations the database server stores all relevant information in dedicated dump directories and in the event log (on Windows NT/2000/XP) or in the MIMER.LOG file (on Windows 98/ME).
