An ODBC Data Sources is used to access Mimer SQL databases from the Open Database Connectivity interface. Mimer SQL simply maps an ODBC data source to a Mimer SQL Database. I.e. when defining a data source it is given a name and associated with a database.
There are several types of data sources such as user data sources and system data sources. A user data source is only accessible for the current user while a system data source is available for anyone logged onto the machine.
You can remove the definition of a Mimer ODBC Data Source by selecting it in the list and choosing Remove to dispose of it.
