As of May 25:th 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR came in to force. The EU directive regulates how to collect, store and process personal data. For us at Mimer Information Technology AB it is obvious to follow all legislation and, in particular, the new rules specified in the Data Protection Regulation. Mainly to secure the trust of our customers and partners and the security aspects that can be linked to the processing of personal data.
We use the legal basis to fulfill the agreement’s exercise and legitimate interest in our digital communication to our customers, which is also in accordance with good practice and with Swedma’s ethical rules. In these cases, the privacy infringement is considered minor.
How do we collect and store personal data?
